Empowering Teens and Young Women to Disconnect, Build Confidence, and Thrive
What if your daughter had the tools to become the strongest, healthiest version of herself mentally and physically?
In a world of distractions, comparison, and pressure, teens and young women are more overwhelmed than ever. The Peace & Power Habits Squad offers a safe, empowering space where they can step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves, and build confidence in their unique selves—mind, body, and spirit.
I’ve designed this monthly coaching event to be a transformational experience that will help your daughter:
- Disconnect from her screen and be present.
- Care for her mind and body with mindful movement, nutrition, and wellness tools.
- Step out of her comfort zone and build mental resilience.
- Foster meaningful connections in a supportive, like-minded community.
- Build unshakable confidence in who she is.
With my guidance, she’ll be empowered to create lasting habits that will shape her life now and into adulthood.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN EACH SESSION
01
YOGA TO CLEAR THE MIND AND BECOME PRESENT
Every session begins with a gentle yoga flow designed to:
- Help her slow down and quiet her busy mind (I need that in my day, don’t you?)
- Promote physical and emotional well-being.
- Encourage self-awareness and presence in the moment (The present moment is all we have. It’s truly a gift).
This practice sets the foundation for clarity, focus, and personal growth.
02
PERSONAL GROWTH TOOLS AND WELLNESS PRACTICES
Through interactive coaching with me, group discussions, and exercises, your daughter will learn science-backed tools to:
- Build self-confidence and embrace her unique qualities.
- Create positive habits to support her mental and physical health.
- Manage stress, set goals, and develop a strong mindset.
She can use these skills in everyday life to thrive at school, home, and beyond.
03
OPTIONAL COLD PLUNGE FOR RESILIENCE AND GROWTH
For those ready to challenge themselves, each session ends with an optional cold plunge. The empowering practice offers:
- Physical benefits: Boost circulation, improve mood, and energize the body.
- Mental benefits: Build mental toughness, overcome fear, and step out of the comfort zone.
The cold plunge is a powerful symbol of pushing past limitations, embracing discomfort, and building inner strength. She will leave feeling empowered, strong, and unstoppable.
04
A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY
The Squad is more than an event—it’s a community where your daughter can:
- Build deep, meaningful friendships with like-minded peers.
- Be supported and held accountable for her growth.
- Feel seen, accepted, and encouraged every step of the way.
This is a safe, judgment-free space where she can be herself, connect, and grow.

So You Have a Few Questions?
Here’s What Parents Have Asked...
The Peace & Power Habits Squad event is designed as a one-time, immersive experience for your daughter to learn and practice transformative habits for wellness and self-empowerment. However, if she finds the event valuable and enjoys being part of the community, she will have the option to join the squad for ongoing monthly events. These recurring gatherings are a wonderful way to learn more and deepen her skills, maintain her momentum, and stay connected with a supportive group of peers.
No worries! The Peace & Power Habits Squad is designed to be a welcoming and inclusive space. Many girls attend without knowing anyone beforehand, and the event includes fun, interactive activities that help everyone connect quickly. I foster a warm, supportive environment where your daughter will feel comfortable meeting new people and forming meaningful friendships. By the end of the session, she’ll likely leave feeling inspired and connected to others in the squad.
13-24 year olds. I create groups based on age ranges to ensure that the activities, discussions and experiences are developmentally appropriate and relevant.
During Peace & Power Habits Squad events, cellphones are not permitted to ensure the girls can be fully present and engaged in the experience. This allows them to connect more deeply with themselves and others without distractions. Rest assured, your daughter will be in a safe and supportive environment, and you can always reach me directly in case of an emergency.
There’s no mandatory homework ( I call it Grow work) after Peace & Power Habits Squad events. However, your daughter will leave with practical tools and simple habits she can use in her daily life if she chooses. These are designed to empower her and help her build on what she learned during the event. It’s entirely up to her how she incorporates these practices into her routine.
No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required. The yoga component is gentle and approachable, designed to help girls connect with their bodies, build confidence, and release stress. It’s not about perfect poses—it’s about movement, mindfulness, and feeling good. I ensure that everyone, whether beginners or experienced, feel comfortable and supported during the practice.
The cancellation policy for Peace & Power Habits events requires at least 24 hours’ notice if your daughter cannot attend. This allows time for planning, including food preparation and creating personalized exercises. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your daughter’s registration can be forwarded to the next month’s event or refunded. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, I cannot guarantee rescheduling due to the preparation involved. Thank you for your understanding!
Not a problem at all. I typically serve healthy snacks usually consisting of organic, raw fruits and vegetables, and protein energy balls along with water, assorted sparkling water, prebiotic soda like Poppi and assorted teas. Feel free to reach out to share any food restrictions your daughter has. I will do my best to accommodate her.
The Peace & Power Habits Squad is designed to be inclusive and adaptable for all participants. If your daughter has health limitations that may affect her ability to participate in yoga or cold plunging, she is still more than welcome to join. Both activities can be modified or substituted with alternative options that suit her needs and comfort level. For example, yoga poses can be adapted, or she can focus on mindfulness and breathwork instead. Similarly, if cold plunging isn’t suitable, there will be other ways for her to engage in the experience, such as mindfulness or grounding exercises.
Please feel free to share any specific health concerns ahead of time so I can ensure she feels safe, supported, and included throughout the event.
