This course is for mothers and their teen or early-20s daughters who want to build a deeper connection, improve their mental and physical wellness, and create healthy, lasting habits together. If you’re feeling pulled in too many directions, craving more presence, or looking for a way to grow side-by-side, this was made for you.
I designed this course for moms and daughters where the daughter is between the ages of 13 and 24. Whether she’s navigating high school, college, or early adulthood, the tools and practices in this course can meet you both where you are—and help you grow stronger together.
Absolutely. That’s part of what makes this journey so powerful. I’ve created the modules to help each of you better understand yourselves and each other, no matter your differences. You’ll learn how to communicate with more clarity, listen with more compassion, and support each other in new and meaningful ways.
I created this course to fit into full lives and unpredictable schedules. Each module includes short, engaging lessons you can complete in under an hour a week, along with practices and reflections you can weave into your daily routine. You’ll have the freedom to move at your own pace—there’s no pressure to keep up.
You’ll need a journal or notebook, access to the internet, and a willingness to show up with curiosity and openness. I also recommend wearing comfortable clothing, supportive shoes & using a water bottle (preferably stainless steel 32 oz. or greater) for the movement practices I include. You’ll receive printable worksheets and reflection guides along the way to help deepen your learning.
You’ll have lifetime access to the course materials. That means you can revisit the modules anytime you need a reset, a reminder, or a new beginning, whether that’s next month or years from now.
It’s a blend of both and something even more powerful. Peace & Power Habits Connect isn’t about telling you how to parent or your daughter how to be. It’s about helping you both develop lifelong tools for wellness, resilience, and connection. It’s a shared experience rooted in self-discovery, habit-building, and deepening your relationship.
I recommend moving through the course side-by-side to get the most out of the experience, but I understand that every mother-daughter relationship is different. You’re welcome to go at your own pace individually and then come together for the shared reflections and conversations.
At the end of the course, I’ll help you create a plan for sustainable growth. You’ll walk away with shared rituals, weekly check-in ideas, and tools to keep each other inspired and grounded in your wellness habits—long after the course ends.
